What ways can i pay?

Ollie & Ivy uses Wix Pay for secure online payments. We can accept payments from all major credit cards: 

Wix pay is currently available in Austria (EUR), Belgium (EUR),Brazil (BRL),Canada (CAD),Finland (EUR),Germany (EUR),Ireland (EUR),Italy (EUR),Lithuania (EUR),Netherlands (EUR),Portugal (EUR),Spain (EUR),Switzerland (CHF),United Kingdom (GBP),United States (USD). There is usually a £1/$1/1euro /minimum charge.

We also use Paypal as an option.

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery times Vary depending on where in the world you live. We use UK Royal Mail for all our inland and overseas postage.

We aim to process your order within 3- 5 working days.

Mainland UK we use 2nd class postage which will usually take between 2-5 working days

Europe we use international standard 3-5 working days

Rest of world aim for 6-7 working days. 

Please wait for 14 days before you claim a parcel is lost.

What do i need to do to return the item?

Please return the item within 30 days of its arrival. A curtesy e mail would be appreciated before hand.

The returns form is usually in the box. if not then please email us to request one.

Please keep tags on when trying on the item as if this is removed then the item may not be refunded.

Please return the item in its original packaging if possible, and return it using a recorded or signed for service, as lost items cant be refunded.

Once the item is received then a full refund will be issued. this may take up to 1 week to be visible in your bank account.

What different backings are available?

Sometimes, due to different types/ thickness of hair, some fixings may not be suitable. Please just ask and we will endeavour to change the fixing for you. 

We offer hairbands, combs, crocodile clips, bobby pins, fascinator bases and many more. There maybe a slight price increase depending on what fixing you are changing it for.

Can you Make bespoke items?

We don't currently make bespoke items, but we might be able to help out if you want one of our existing products in another colour. Please enquire what can be done. We always like to help if possible.

What to do if my item has been lost in the post?

If you suspect that you item is lost in the post please leave 14 before contacting us as this is the maximum time it may take to process and deliver your order,.

We will then replace your items (if possible) or offer a refund.
