ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. This is for both within the UK & For international deliveries.

UK MAINLAND STANDARD DELIVERY
​
We are currently offer free delivery to all mainland UK mainland addresses for orders over £20. We Cannot provide a tracking number for any items unless the item is over £20. We use Royal mail second class delivery service for all main land postage.
For orders over £20 we use second class sign for delivery, Please make sure you give an address where someone will be available to sign for your item. We can provide a tracking number for these items upon request.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY
We currently use Royal mail international standard delivery service. this will lake 3-5 business day to arrive after dispatch. We can provide a tracking number upon request.

​INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently use Royal Mail International standard delivery service. This will take 6-7 business days to deliver after dispatch. A Tracking number can be supplied upon request.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
We will endeavour to supply the correct customs information on all packaging, including product codes for European countries. Please let us know of any further information we need to include on you item before dispatch.
If we have provided the correct information for customs, but there is are further issues, we do not take responsibility for the item receiving further charges or being delayed.

RETURNS POLICY
​
Here at Ollie & Ivy we understand that buying online isn't always easy and some times things don't always work out which is why we offer a 30 day returns policy.
A Returns form should be available in your delivery or you can request a returns form from info@ollieivyaccessories.co.uk
Firstly we ask that the items is returned un worn with its label still intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund an item that is worn or shows signs of wear.
Secondly please try to return the item in its original packaging or display box (if it has one).
Thirdly we ask that you return the item using a tracked or sign for service as lost items cannot be refunded.
Once we have received you item it may take up to 7 days for the refund to be visible in you original bank account.

30 DAY RETURN PERIOD
When making a return the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Most importantly it must have the tags still attached - Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it. Please note, goods will only be considered for exchange or refund if they are clean and dry and in 'as new' condition. Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. After 30 we can supply a credit note for returns. We can only make refunds to the original payment card charged.

BESPOKE ITEM RETURNS
Ollie and ivy cannot accept returns of any bespoke made or altered item unless it is faulty. If in the case or a problem, a replacement or a credit note will be supplied.

FAULTY ITEM RETURN
A Fault must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. The Buyer is asked to contact ollie Ivy directly info@ollieivyaccessories.co.uk. Please provide as much detail about your item such as order number/ date of purchase and your name. Photo evidence may be requested to process a faulty return.
We will endeavour to replace the item or issue a full refund.
For an item to be classified as faulty the product must be in less than perfect condition, dysfunctional or of un-merchantable quality at the time of delivery. A fault may also be classified as a defect which manifests itself within a reasonable period of time after delivery which can be attributed unanimously to a manufacturing defect or poor quality workmanship and not due to maltreatment by the customer.

Ollie & Ivy will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties and will therefore not accept the items as a returnable product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please notify Ollie & Ivy fascinators of any goods that have been damaged in transit, within 24 hours of receipt. Photo evidence may need to be provided. We will try our best to replace the items for you. info@ollieivyaccessories.co.uk

RETURN DELIVERY COSTS
Costs of carriage to return the item back to Ollie & Ivy will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Please dispatch goods you wish to return to us by traceable post, including proof of purchase and reason for exchange or refund. All parcels sent out by Ollie & Ivy fascinators are sent with a returns form attached. Please fill this in accordingly. Ollie & Ivy fascinators will not be responsible for or refund returned goods that are lost in transit.

FREE DELIVERY RETURN COSTS
Even though your order may have been sent with Free Delivery, if you wish to return your order or part of your order the buyer will be expected to pay for the return of the items.
CANCELLATION OF GOODS
Ollie & Ivy will not accept cancellation of goods already in transit.

WRONGLY ORDERED GOODS
Wrongly ordered goods can be returned for exchange refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days a credit note can be given. This is at the discretion of Ollie & Ivy fascinators.

PRODUCT WARNING
Certain items may have sharp or small parts and are not suitable for children under the age of 3. Due to this our products are to be used with care. No liability will be accepted by Ollie Ivy fascinators for their misuse.
